faq

  • cancellations may be made up until 7p.m. on the day before service for daily walking clients. otherwise a 50% charge may apply. if we arrive and not needed , a full charge will apply. Pet sitting services require cancellation notice at least 3 full days prior to the scheduled visit (holiday requiring one week prior). services are not cancelled in this time frame will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

  • our visit length is timed from when we arrive at your front door to when when leave your home.

  • yes! we are bonded and insured through a comprehensive policy with with pet care insurance.

  • each human pack member goes through an application process + a thorough background check. they receive free first aid + dog handling safety training. for each client they visit, they shadow an employee experienced with that pup to ensure everyone is comfortable with all future visits.

  • yes we can! we have a many loyal clients ready + willing to share their experience with prospective clients.

  • we strive to assign the same human pack member to all or most of the visits for ongoing care. Sometime, it is not always feasible. each team member will meet every pet household with an experience team member before conducting a visit alone. we store very detailed notes for each household in our client portal to deliver excellent care + consistent service. you will also have access to the client portal where you can update details as necessary.

  • at the start of each visit our human pack member will start the service requested on our app. there they will provide a detailed account of the visit. this will include a gps route of our walk, pictures, potty updates, medications, + notes regarding your pets visit. you will have access to this information through the app wherever you are.

  • we will work in all most all weather conditions. in extreme weather (i.e., thunderstorms, extreme heat, extreme cold, etc.) dogs will be taken out long enough to relieve themselves. the remainder of the visit will be spent indoors focusing on play + enrichment. Please ensure clear access to your home for our visit (snow/ice removal) if you are out of town.

  • yes! all of our team members can administer oral and topical medications. we also have members trained in administering injections + fluids. Instructions for administration will be noted in your client portal.

  • we absolutely can provide care to them, we currently service many special needs pets. we will work with you and cater to your pet for the best care options.
